Daktronics Help Desk is staffed with technicians who have experience designing and installing product along with assisting customers. They have the resources of Daktronics customer and product documentation databases at their fingertips.

Knowledgeable Help Desk service coordinators are thoroughly familiar with service agreement options, ordering parts, shipping, receiving, Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing and accessing account status information.

NETSM Service

Enhancing the depth and breadth of Daktronics service offerings is the support of our Nationwide Electronic Technical (NETSM) Service. Daktronics NET Service offers nationwide service with tecnicians trained to service Daktronics products. Daktronics has the resources to take responsibility for your display operation and service. No matter where your facility is located, Daktronics can provide all levels of on-site service support. Tiered Service Plan In addition to our standard one-year warranty (SL2374), Daktronics offers extended service plans for additional security with the sale of the equipment. As the plan expires, Daktronics renewable maintenance agreement allows customers to continue or expand their coverage on an annual basis. Plans are available to provide technical support both during and after regular working hours.

Operator Seminars/Newsletters

The operator can learn how to program the display effectively at one of Daktronic's many seminars.

  • Venus Beginner Operator Seminars are held several times throughout the year at Daktronics in Brookings, SD and other U.S. locations. The seminars are held in a classroom atmosphere at individual computer stations. Participants discover basic Venus software techniques and tips including: text messages, combining text with backgrounds, simple animation, drawing tools, scheduling and more.
  • Bimonthly Daktronics prints and distributes a newsletters to system operators. Newsletters keep operators up-to-date on programing features, tips, shortcuts and animation.
