Optec has always been the pioneer in LED display technology. In 1990, Optec created the world's first RGB LED display immediately after Cree invented the first Blue LED in the world. In 1995 Optec created the first Square Pixel Cluster. In 2001, Optec invented the advanced Hybrid Detachable LED Pixel. Starting in 2007, Optec is beginning to use Even-LED Diode-Spacing pixel layout to design new products. We take pride in being a leader in a dynamic industry, and having expertise that makes a real difference for the people we serve.

Today, Optec distributes more than 10,000 LED displays a year around the world. With over 350,000 square-feet for R&D and manufacturing, it's easy to see that our commitment to innovation is what makes our displays perform so beautifully.
